Gerardo N. Estabillo
President
Pastor Gerardo ‘Gerry’ Naval Estabillo, born in San Antonio, Nueva Ecija, is a devoted leader with over 26 years of service in the Adventist Church. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, Philosophy, and Religion, and a Bachelor of Theology (1995) from the Adventist University of the Philippines, as well as a Master in Ministry (2016) from the Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies. Pastor Gerry is married to Naomi "Yumi" Javier, and they are blessed with three grown-up sons.
Throughout his ministry, Pastor Gerry has served in various key roles, including District/Church Pastor & Area Chairman, Human Resource Director, and Stewardship Ministries & Trust Services Director for the Central Luzon Conference (CLC). Since 2020, he has been the Stewardship Ministries & Trust Services Director for the North Philippine Union Conference (NPUC). His life motto, "Put God first, and you will never be last," reflects his deep faith and dedication to his calling.
Reylourd P. Reyes
Executive Secretary
Pastor Reylourd Pacson Reyes, born in Bacolor, Pampanga, is married to Dr. Carmichelle Flores, a Pediatrician, with whom he has two daughters, Maddison Rae and Brooklyn Reese. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and History, Philosophy, and Religion (2007) from Adventist University of the Philippines, a Master of Arts in Ministry (2017) from AIIAS, and is currently a Doctor of Missiology candidate at AIIAS.
With 17 years of ministry experience in Central Luzon Conference, Pastor Reyes has served as Church Pastor, District Leader, Urban Church Planter, and Associate Ministerial Secretary. He is also a Certified Life Coach, a catalyst for the ACTS Global Church Planting Movement, and a passionate mentor to church planters and pastors. Additionally, he contributes to the Journal of Adventist Mission.
Joel M. Manlungat
Treasurer
Joel Manlungat, born in San Fernando, Pampanga, is a seasoned financial professional with a Bachelor of Commerce major in Management Accounting (1997-2001) and a Master of Business Administration (2017-2019) from Adventist University of the Philippines. He has over 23 years of experience with the Central Luzon Conference of Seventh-day Adventist Church, serving in roles such as Treasurer, Accountant, and Field Auditor. Since September 2024, he has been serving as the Treasurer of the Central Luzon Provinces Mission, based in Angeles, Central Luzon, Philippines. Joel is married to Wilhelmina Bauson Manlungat, and they are blessed with two children, Steffany Cazztel and Kean Hendrik.
